The technical evolution of vehicles requires highly trained experts to ensure good after-sales service. In conjunction with the manufacturers, CFAO provides regular training for its employees.

For regular car service, you can use the quick-service workshop. We will take care of your car without having to book in, and you will benefit from expert advice . The quick-service is fast, offers high quality standards and a comprehensive checkup for your vehicle.

Warranty conditions

All cars and services done in official CFAO network benefit from full manufacturer’s warranty.

All conditions and the warranty period are detailled in the warranty and maintenance booklet given to each customer at the time of delivery of the product in CFAO premises.

Your new vehicle is covered : *3 years / 100 000 km whichever occurs first.

* Warranty conditions have to be checked in CFAO’s network.

Servicing Packages

The manufacturer’sservicing packages are a set of clear and attractive offers. They gather the maintenance and simple jobs such as oil changes, tyres, brake pads…;

The services packages make your car benefit from professional maintenance plan, following manufacturer’s recommendations, using genuine spare parts, keeping it within a tight budget.

You will have a full-point safety check for your vehicle, to make sure you are in complete serenity.

In a constant concern for quality, transparency and complete satisfaction of its customers, SUZUKI organizes a recall campaign concerning the control of the gear lever.

The affected model is: SUZUKI GRAND VITARA

This intervention is absolutely free of charge for the customer

We invite you now to contact our after-sales service to check if your vehicle is concerned by this campaign.

An appointment will be proposed as soon as possible to proceed to the intervention in our workshops.


New Cfao certified Workshops

Thank you for patronizing our newly opened workshops in Tamale, Wa, Bolgatanga, Cape Coast and Sunyani which are results of a partnership between CFAO Ghana PLCandTotalEnergies Ghana Ltd. We are proud to announce that all the technicians have been trained and equipped with the tools required to do professional repairs.
The stations have stock of genuine parts from CFAO Ghana and we regularly monitor their operations and compliance to our standards.

You will enjoy the same standard of service and genuine spare parts as our existing workshops in Accra-Airport, Tema, Kumasi and Takoradi.

The Total Sub-dealer are ready to service you each 5,000 km servicing (except at 40.000, 50.000, 80.000, 90.000 and 100.000 kms). They also can replace your front brakes pads. For any further work, you might need to visit one of our facilities in Kumasi / Accra or Takoradi. We will inform you if increase the scope of repairs that can be done at these stations.

However, because these stations are not part of CFAO Ghana, any credit agreement with CFAO Ghana will not apply to servicing carried out in Tamale, Wa, Bolgatanga, Cape Coast and Sunyani’s service stations.
For now, all servicing done by the stations are on “CASH BASIS”. It is possible for clients and Total stations to develop their own credit facilities but CFAO Ghana will not be part of this arrangement.
